Great view, quiet room, fantastic room service, pleasant pool temperature, delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

Situated close to the city center, shopping center, and train station, you're just a stone's throw away from all the attractions. The rooms are clean, modern, and provide a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and efficient, catering to your every need. Start your day off right with a hearty breakfast and take advantage of the facilities, such as the pool and sauna.

Wake-up service, available in my superior twin room, was a nice bonus. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom was bright. Location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant, bars and Nottingham. The staff were pleasant, breakfast was perfect.

Didn't like the area, it was not very comfortable.

Everything was very good, liked our pleasant stay. The rooms were practical and air conditioned with a fridge kept by the attentive staff.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore and visit nearby attractions. having its own car park was a great advantage, as it provided a convenient and secure place to park our vehicle. the reception staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome.

Our experience at the hotel was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The noise levels were unbearable, with loud music and constant disturbances throughout the night, making it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

This was my comfortable stay for our next visit.

The hotel offers a great location for sightseeing in the town center, with a wow factor breakfast buffet and menu choices. The staff is welcoming and attentive, especially in the breakfast area. The hotel's walkway area, lit up outside the bar, is incredible and gives a wow factor upon arrival. The overall experience was amazing, and the hotel provides excellent value for money. It also felt safe at all times, and the presence of a pool was a lovely bonus.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the town center and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we have had in a long time, with clean tables and helpful staff. The bar had a good selection of drinks and provided a peaceful atmosphere.

Special spacious hotel with a nice pool and pool views.

The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a fridge. The location was perfect, central to shopping and dining options, as well as being close to Rock City where we attended a gig. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a couple of minor issues. We had to make multiple calls to request bathrobes and slippers, and it took longer than expected to receive them.

Staff and location etc were second to none. We had an excellent bedroom. Efficient check-in was a bonus. Everything was great, its great on-site restaurant was a bonus.

Located in the good area, room is beautiful and air conditioned. Central location, a 20-minute walk from a train station. All in all it's impeccably clean place, they have comfy beds.

Not obvious to find.

We loved staying at this hotel as it was right in the center of the city. The staff here was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. Our room was equipped with all the amenities like flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The spa lounge here was great with a steam room and heated swimming pool.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing stay.

No complaint, this was a very pleasant experience here. The hotel was spotless, facilities where amazing, unbeatable location not far from all shops as well as shops, bars. Quick check in & the service was very good.
